faceflow.cam introduces adults to strangers, two at a time, over webcam, audio or typed messages. To make a match happen we need a handful of details. Below is every one of them, the job it does, and the way to have it deleted.

01 What we keep

Nothing below is gathered just in case; every line powers something you use:

Basics of your session: the guest ID created on your first visit, a sign-in method if you add one later, your display name, your language and the age you confirmed.
Optional extras you supply yourself: a picture, a line about you, and your follow list.
Text messages you send inside a chat.
A brief activity record covering match times, the mode picked (camera, audio or typing) and approximate chat length.
Coin and VIP purchases plus the confirmation our payment partner returns. Card numbers stay with that partner and never touch our servers.
Complaints in either direction, plus whatever outcome a moderator recorded.
Device and network information (IP, browser type, OS, error reports) that helps us repair faults and stop misuse.

02 Calls are not recorded

Camera and microphone streams travel live between you and your match. We hold on to the activity record and to material submitted with complaints; a copy of the conversation itself is never made. The other person can still screenshot or film their screen, which is why we suggest keeping anything private off camera.

03 Why we need each piece

Finding someone online for you and connecting the chat.
Remembering your follows, coin balance and VIP status between visits.
Catching fake profiles, spam and banned users who try to return.
Replying to your emails and dealing with reports.
Counting, in aggregate, which pages and buttons people use so we can improve them.

04 Outside companies that touch it

A few service providers run hosting, media relay, payments and error monitoring on our behalf, and each receives only what its task needs. Your information is not for sale, and ad networks never receive it from us. When a valid legal order arrives, we disclose the narrowest set of records it requires.

05 How long we hold it

Profile information stays until the account is closed. Text chats and activity records roll off after a limited period unless a report is open. Receipts are retained for the period bookkeeping rules demand.

06 Your controls

You can edit or remove profile details in the app at any time. Want a copy of your records, or everything erased? Email [email protected] and mention your user ID so we can match the request to the right account.

07 Adults only

Nobody under 18 may use FaceFlow. When we find out an account belongs to a minor, we shut it down and wipe what it stored.
