01 Who can use FaceFlow

• Users must be 18 or older and permitted by local law to chat with strangers online.
• Each account belongs to one person; handing it over, renting it out or trading it is not allowed.
• Activity on your account counts as yours, even if someone else picked up your phone.

02 What FaceFlow is

faceflow.cam is a standalone site that introduces two strangers to each other for a private conversation over webcam, audio or typing. There are no group calls, video conferences, chat rooms or games here. FaceFlow is not connected with faceflow.com or any other service using a similar name, and nothing you buy here works anywhere else.

03 Coins and VIP

A newcomer receives some matches at no cost, and active members can claim more through the reward center; we tune how many and how often. Beyond that, extra matches and some features use coins, and VIP adds perks for a set period. Every price appears on screen before checkout. Coins are not money: they cannot be swapped, passed to another account or refunded unless the law requires it.

04 Behaviour we do not allow

• Nudity, sexual acts or sexual talk on camera or in messages.
• Anyone under 18 appearing on camera, or any content involving minors.
• Insults aimed at someone, threats, slurs or ganging up on a person.
• Recording or sharing someone else without their consent, or threatening to.
• Asking for money, selling things, advertising or pushing people to other sites.
• Pretending to be someone else, using bots or tampering with the service.

05 How we enforce

Our moderation team acts on complaints and can caution, limit, pause or close an account, or take content down, immediately where safety calls for it. Serious cases, especially anything involving minors, are reported to the authorities.

06 The strangers you talk to

The people you meet are fellow members picked at random, not employees, and their words are their own. Lean on next, report and block freely, and keep your wallet closed to anyone you meet through the site.

07 When these terms change

Revisions show up as a new date at the top of this page, with a site notice for anything significant. Continuing to use FaceFlow after that means you accept the new version.
